ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The brief for the Sturt Review Committee is:

The Sturt Review Committee (SRC) is tasked with designing an improved operating model for Sturt and creating an action plan to guide Sturt towards greater financial stability and operational success.  To do this, the Committee will identify challenges and opportunities and will develop strategic initiatives that will ensure Sturt is financially and operationally sustainable in the future.

The membership of the SRC is:


Chair - Jennifer Bott AO, arts leader and consultant with extensive experience in the arts, education and philanthropy.


Sally Gordon – WWS Company Member, Friend of Sturt
Brian Parkes – CEO and Artistic Director of the Jam Factory, Adelaide
Peter Roach – Financial, compliance and governance expert in both the commercial and Not for Profit sector
Liz Williamson – Acclaimed textile artist, academic and President of the Australian branch of the World Craft Council Board

We will be meeting with a wide range of stakeholders as well as researching and analysing Sturt’s current operations and structure with a view to identifying future options.
